Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders $75 and over!. All standard shipping orders are shipped with the most economical carrier,

Domestic shipping is available, call the store for international shipping options.

Orders are processed and shipped out within 5 Business Days due to high order volume.

Orders placed after 3pm MST will be processed on the NEXT business day.

FREE local pickup is available in Camp Verde, AZ. (please include in order notes in your shopping cart.)

ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED AFTER SHIPPING. YOU WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT UPON RETURN.

Ruby Road Vintage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows the package has been delivered, we will do our best to help you locate your package, but the customer is ultimately responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.

Ruby Road Vintage does not currently offer refunds. We accept returns for store credit or exchanges if available. You have 14 days after purchase to return for store credit. Store credit never expires and may be used towards the purchase of in-stock items only. Use store credit by entering it in the discount box at the checkout.

Call the store for return instructions. After your return has been accepted you can mail back item(s) to the store address. Once we receive your return we will send you an email with your store credit code within 2-3 business days.
