Refund policy

Returns:

Ruby Road Vintage does not currently offer refunds.  We do, however, accept returns for store credit or we can do exchanges if the item is available. 

You have 14 days after purchase date to return for store credit. 

Store credit never expires and may be used towards the purchase of in-stock items only.  Please note that the credit does not expire. You can use it by entering it in the discount box at the checkout. 

All returned items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.  If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return.

LAST CHANCE and SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE.

• • Items purchased using discount codes of 50% off or more are considered sale items and labeled as final sale at time of purchase.

.ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED AFTER SHIPMENT. YOU WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT.

Instructions for Return:

Call the store for return instructions

After your return has been accepted you can mail back item(s) to the address emailed to you.Once we receive your return we will send you an email with your store credit code within 2-3 business days.

Please note Ruby Road Vintage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If tracking shows the package has been delivered, we will do our best to help you locate your package, but the customer is ultimately responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.

Exchanges:

Items are NOT eligible for exchange if they meet any of the criteria below:

  • Final sale item / ineligible item

  • Past 14-day return window

  • Item has been worn, washed or damaged

  • Same item unavailable in desired size or color

Items may only be exchanged for the same item; if your desired size or color is unavailable, please review our Return Policy above to see if the item is eligible to return for store credit.
