Description

A vintage mid-century modern vanity or sewing chair featuring a hinged lift-top seat that reveals a specialized storage compartment. The seat and side panels are upholstered in a textured, cognac-colored vinyl with piping along the top edge. The chair is constructed with tapered wooden legs finished in a dark walnut stain, accented by polished brass ferrules and glides. The backrest consists of a curved wooden slat mounted on a distinctive C-shaped walnut-finished support. The interior storage area is lined with a molded tan plastic basin and includes two horizontal wooden dowels for organizing thread spools. Visible wear includes minor scuffs on the wooden support and leg finishes. 25h x 17.5w x 15d
