The top two drawers are fitted with four non-original, fluted mint-green ceramic knobs, while the lower two full-width drawers retain ornate cast-metal bail handles with decorative scrollwork backplates. Each drawer front includes a centered, unadorned keyhole. The chest is supported by square tapered legs that are integrated into the paneled side-frame construction.
