Description

This is a dark-stained pine chest featuring three wide drawers designed with faux-divided fronts to resemble a nine-drawer apothecary cabinet. Each of the nine front panels is centered with a white ceramic knob and framed with a raised bevel. The piece is topped with a three-sided gallery; the sides feature a distinctive decorative scroll at the front, while the front edge has a central scalloped notch. The chest rests on a solid plinth base with a decoratively carved wavy front apron. Visible surface wear, scratches, and minor nicks on the top surface and front edges are consistent with a rustic or well-used farmhouse aesthetic.27h x 23.5w 16.5d
